Chunky Beef Pasta

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat, add beef and cook for 4-5 minutes, until browned. Add pasta sauce, carrot and zucchini and stir to combine. Bring sauce to the boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 11 minutes, until al dente. Drain.
  3. Serve pasta with pasta sauce. Top with basil leaves. Top with basil leaves.
